These terms apply exclusively to sales made in France and delivered within mainland France, in accordance with the regulations governing distance sales.
The general terms may be amended at any time without notice by My Deer. Such changes will apply to all orders placed after the amendments are posted online. The Customer is advised to review the general terms before each order.

Article 2: THE WEBSITE - PRODUCTS - AVAILABILITY
All content on the website (illustrations, texts, brands, images, videos) is the property of My Deer or its partners. Any reproduction, whether partial or total, is prohibited unless expressly authorized by My Deer.
Products sold on the website are presented with essential characteristics through technical descriptions and photographs. Despite efforts to ensure the accuracy of this information, descriptions and images are not contractual and may present non-substantial variations that do not affect the core characteristics of the products.
Products are offered for sale subject to availability. Availability will be confirmed upon the sending of a shipping confirmation email.
In case of product unavailability, My Deer will contact the Customer via email and either offer a replacement product or refund within a maximum of 15 days.
Article 3: ORDERS
The Customer places an order via the website by following the indicated validation steps, which include adding products to the cart, selecting delivery and payment options, and accepting the general terms of sale. The Customer is responsible for the information provided. In the event of an error in the data entered, My Deer cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery errors.
Article 4: PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding shipping costs. Shipping fees are added before the order is confirmed. The applicable prices are those in effect at the time of the order.

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. My Deer retains full ownership of the products until full payment is received.
Article 5: SHIPPING - DELIVERY - RECEPTION
Shipping is carried out within 24 to 48 business hours to the address provided by the Customer during the order process. Once shipped, the risk for the products passes to the Customer.
The Customer must verify the condition of the packaging and products upon receipt and report any issues to My Deer’s customer service within 14 days.
Article 6: RETURNS, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND WARRANTIES
In accordance with legal provisions, the Customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal without having to provide any reason. The products must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging, at the Customer’s expense. My Deer will proceed with a refund or product exchange after receiving and inspecting the returned items.
Products are covered by legal warranties, including the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, as outlined in Articles L.217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code.
Article 7: FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of force majeure, as defined by law and jurisprudence (unforeseeable, irresistible, and external event), the performance of My Deer’s obligations will be suspended. If the event persists beyond 15 days, either party may terminate the contract. Any amounts already paid will be refunded to the Customer.
Article 8: CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The Customer agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information when placing an order. My Deer cannot be held responsible for any consequences resulting from inaccurate information provided by the Customer.
Article 9: DATA PROTECTION
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), My Deer is committed to protecting the privacy of personal data collected through the website. This data is used for order processing and customer relationship management.
The Customer has the right to access, modify, rectify, and delete their personal data. To exercise these rights, the Customer should contact My Deer at: mydeer.bijoux@gmail.com.
The Customer may also object to the use of their personal data for commercial purposes by contacting customer service.
Article 10: APPLICABLE LAW
These general terms and their consequences are governed by French law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in France.
